1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all activities and services provided by MPA Football Limited ("we," "our," or "us").
1.2. By enrolling or participating in our sessions, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.3. MPA Football Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers where significant.

2. Services

2.1. MPA Football Limited provides football development programs for children aged 18 months to 16 years.
2.2. Available programs include:

  • Tekkie Toddler classes (18 months–4 years)

  • Foundation Phase football (ages 4–7)

  • Development Phase football (ages 8–12)

  • Youth Development Phase football (ages 12–16)

  • Goalkeeper-specific training

  • Performance Playground

  • Super Skills sessions
    2.3. The schedule and details of each program are available on our website and are subject to change based on operational needs.

3. Memberships

3.1. Membership options are as follows:

  • Monthly Membership: Access to one session per week for one child.

  • Sibling Discount Membership: Access to one session per week for two children.

  • Premium Membership: Access to two sessions per week for one child.

  • Premium Sibling Membership: Access to two sessions per week for two children.
    3.2. Membership fees are charged monthly in advance.
    3.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time to retain access to sessions.

4. Payments

4.1. Payments can be made via the methods outlined in our communications or on our website.
4.2. If payments are not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. Refunds are not issued for missed sessions unless the session is canceled by MPA Football Limited.
5.2. Customers must provide written notice of cancellation to info@mpafootball.com or contact our Operations Director directly in writing on 07590908501.
5.3. Membership cancellations require at least one calendar month's notice.
5.4. MPA Football Limited reserves the right to terminate memberships with immediate effect in cases of non-compliance with these Terms or inappropriate behavior.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1. The safety and well-being of all participants are of paramount importance.
6.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children before and after sessions.
6.3. Participants must follow the guidance and instructions of MPA Football coaches and staff.
6.4. We reserve the right to remove participants from sessions for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Liability

7.1. MPA Football Limited accepts no liability for:

  • Injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by our proven negligence.

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
    7.2. It is the responsibility of participants or their guardians to ensure that participants are physically fit to take part in our sessions. Relevant medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.

8. Media and Privacy

8.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to appear in such media, please notify us in writing.
8.2. Personal information is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR regulations.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. MPA Football Limited is not responsible for any cancellations or interruptions caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or pandemics.
9.2. In such circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

10. Amendments

10.1. MPA Football Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to all customers via email or other suitable means.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
